- While Ydem Travel endeavors to select reputable suppliers and to arrange a seamless travel experience, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or reliance on any travel service arranged through us.
- In the event of any error, omission, or otherwise unsatisfactory performance of travel services attributable to these providers, Ydem Travel’s liability shall be limited strictly to a refund of the fees that Ydem Travel earned from your specific booking that directly pertains to the said error or omission.
- Ydem Travel does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims liability for inaccuracies that may affect your travel plans, including but not limited to, pricing, photographs, general product descriptions, amenities, and other product-specific information.
- By purchasing travel services through Ydem Travel, you agree to hold Ydem Travel harmless and indemnify it against any claims, causes of action, damages, losses, fees, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

Terms and Conditions between Ydem Travel and Client
Introduction
Thank you for choosing Ydem Travel for your travel planning and booking needs. Our terms and conditions govern the contractual agreement between you (the "Client") and Ydem Travel (the "Company") and are designed to outline our mutual obligations. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Ydem Travel you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Travel Documentation
The client is responsible for the accuracy of all personal information and travel documents provided to Ydem Travel. The client must ensure that their travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and tickets, match the government-issued identification. The client must inform Ydem Travel immediately of any errors or discrepancies in issued travel documents.
Role as Agent
Ydem Travel acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and service providers, including airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. While we endeavor to choose reputable suppliers, Ydem Travel cannot control or warrant their performance and compliance and, therefore, cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, delay, cancellation, injury, disease, or loss incurred by their fault or oversight.
Risks of Travel
Travel is subject to risks such as adverse weather conditions, political instability, pandemics, and other unforeseen circumstances. Ydem Travel will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury resulting from these risks. The client agrees to release Ydem Travel and its affiliates from all claims related to these risks.
Compliance with Entry Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, orders, demands, and travel requirements of countries to be visited, as well as with the Company's terms and conditions.
Payment and Fees
All fees must be paid by the client as per the fee schedule provided by Ydem Travel. This includes service fees for travel planning and other related services, which are non-refundable. Payment terms for travel bookings shall be made clear at the time of booking and must be adhered to by the client.
Cancellation by the Client
If cancellation is necessary, the client must notify Ydem Travel in writing. The date on which the written cancellation is received will determine the applicable fees, as outlined in the provided Cancellation Fee Schedule. These fees compensate the Company for the anticipated losses and expenses associated with planning and canceling travel arrangements.
Price Changes
Tour prices are subject to change due to unforeseen increases in ground operational costs or fluctuation in exchange rates. Ydem Travel will inform the client of any such increases and obtain consent prior to any additional charges.
Insurance
Travel insurance for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and evacuation is strongly recommended. The client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to understand the limitations of their insurance coverage and that Ydem Travel is not responsible for any losses that the client incurs due to uninsured losses.
Claims and Complaints
Clients are urged to communicate any complaints as quickly as possible in order to provide the Company with the opportunity to address such matters. Any claim against Ydem Travel must be made in writing within 15 days after the event causing the claim. No suit or action against the Company may be entertained unless written notice of the claim is received within one month of the date of the event causing the claim.
Limitation of Liability
Ydem Travel's liability is limited to the terms provided by the suppliers. Any claim or legal action against the suppliers is subject to the terms of the suppliers' contracts and laws of the country where the service is provided.
Amendments and Variations
We reserve the right to update or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of Ydem Travel's services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
